Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to the following countries and regions: United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Japan, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
Shipping Methods and Timeframes
- Carriers: USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after receipt.
- Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days, depending on the destination.
Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs clearance. Refunds will not be provided for such delays unless the shipment has been delayed before leaving our facility.
Order Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number. You can monitor your shipment either through your account on our website or via the provided tracking link.
Special Cases
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Marked as Delivered: If the package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking alternative delivery points (e.g., other entrances, neighbors, building reception) and contacting the carrier directly. We cannot issue refunds or replacements for such cases.
- Damaged Items: Inspect your order upon delivery. Any damage must be reported immediately, and a note must be made on the delivery slip while the courier is present. Claims must be submitted to our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt. After this period, goods will be considered accepted in good condition.
Taxes and Duties
Customers in the UK and Europe may incur VAT, customs duties, or taxes upon import, typically 10-15% of the item’s value.
Returns and Exchanges
- Exchanges are not supported.
- Returns are accepted, with the return shipping costs borne by the customer. Please refer to our Return Policy for details.
